ORDERING
Our sales staff is available Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm and Saturday,
9:30am-12pm(EST) to assist you. Our fax is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week (Please state part number, full description of item(s), and quantity. Give
your name, address, phone number, and account number (if known). If your mailing
address and shipping address are different, please give both. P.O. Box numbers
are not deliverable addresses. If incorrect address information is given, an
address correction fee may be charged. Please use part number when ordering. We
will not be responsible for errors in parts ordered by description only!
SPECIAL
ORDERS
If specialized parts are required, please consult our staff when ordering.
Specific information may be needed. NO RETURNS on special order items.
TERMS
All orders C.O.D. or credit card (Mastercard®, Visa®, OR Discover®). New
C.O.D. accounts are shipped via UPS®, C.O.D. Certified Check or Money Order
only until credit information has been provided, verified, and approved to
accept checks. Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a
$30.00 service fee, and the account will be returned to C.O.D. Certified Check
or Money Order only.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a copy of the original
invoice. Returns must be shipped pre-paid; no C.O.D. returns will be accepted.
New parts returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee after 10 days.
No return of obsolete parts. Any refused shipment returned to Garrison Racing
Equipment, Inc. will be subject to a freight chargeback. Further orders will be
delayed until charges are paid. No returns past 30 days. No return on used
items, electronic or electrical items.
WARRANTY
There is no warranty, guarantee, or liability either expressed or implied,
written or oral, applicable to Garrison Racing Equipment, Inc. User assumes all
responsibility and liability arising from malfunction, damage, or misuse.
Garrison Racing Equipment, Inc. PRODUCTS ARE FOR RACING PURPOSES ONLY. NOT
FOR STREET OR HIGHWAY USE.
